Flat File Integrations
Many of our customers use IN-SYNCH® for more than Sage 100 e-commerce integration. They are also powering links to CRM, third party suppliers (3PL), other Sage 100 applications such as shipping and other sales portals, customer self-service portals, payment portals.
We also perform flat file integrations (csv, XML, cXML, JSON) for customers who are either already set up to send and receive text files or are replacing a previous system that was using EDI formatted documents. Flat file integration is used when your source data or destination data is represented through a file transfer, typically in an XML, JSON or CSV format. Flat file integration is sometimes used in place of other types of integrations, such as API integrations or direct database connections.
We leverage the IN-SYNCH real time outbound processing and object imports to create and import the necessary documents. Our data imports monitor network locations then parse and import data files and create the necessary documents in Sage 100. The data exporting system monitors and logs changes in Sage, then transforms the logged data to the required outbound formats for only the records that have changed in a specific time interval.
The possibilities are endless. If the data exists in Sage 100, we can make the connection.
